Dear Hon. Punay

I'm writing this to seek for a medical assistance for my cousin, who is currently 7 years old and was diagnosed with Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) just last year December. A medical assistance would be a great help to his parents, since only his mother has a job. He currently undergoes Chemotherapy in Children's Hospital Medical Center in Quezon City which cost them a lot of money since they're from Gen. Trias, Cavite.
