October 19, 2022 Dear Andrea Dante, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated 13 October 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request 1. How to possibly get endorsement letter of DSWD to NHA for the availment of housing project in region 3 of a solo parent? 2. What are the qualification to passed the assessment of endorsement? 3. Where to get the endorsement if residing in Nueva Ecija? Response to your request Unfortunately, the DSWD does not have the information you need. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request. It is the National Housing Authority (NHA) that may have the data that you require. Under RA 11861 (Expanded Solo Parents Welfare Act, the NHA is the lead agency in the implementation of housing projects prioritization for solo parents. Hence, you may wish to direct your request to the NHA by submitting a request to them via this portal. You may also contact them by telephone at (02) 8790-0800 or (02) 8354-0961or via email at ogm@nha.gov.ph Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary ERWIN T. TULFO at DSWD-Central Office, IBP Road Batasan Pambansa Complex, Constitution Hills, Quezon City. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
