Good day!  I would like to request the following information from your good office.  
1) Total number of regular officers who held plantilla positions under "MFO 2: Film Preservation Services," and their respective functions in the archive and position titles, per year for 2011-2017.
2) List of organizations or individuals who rated quality of film preservation for FDCP as per DBM Approved Target docs with "96%" good or better rating for 2015-2017
3) Definition and meaning of "percentage of change in stock of films requiring preservation" as noted in DBM Approved Target documents

Thank you for your request dated Oct 23, 2018 12:31:50 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request among others:
Total no. of regular plantilla positions under MFO 2: Film Preservation Services
and their respective functions in the archive and position titles 2011-2017

Response to Request

Your FOI request is partially approved. There  were only two (2) approved plantilla positions for the Film Archive of FDCP from 2012 to present and their position titles are all Project Development Officer II and their function is to provide technical support for the manitenance of film preservation.

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested. The other requests will be acted upon separately.
