Matter of concern on the formal requests copy of the proceeded—Memorandum of agreement’s transcript” retrieval, which was receipt(s) on March 24, 2011; 4:36 P.M. Pertinent codified, “Training AGREEMENT Endoresements”, the Film Development Council of the Philippines, in-behalf of the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Briccio G. Santos, whereby that convened to the head of the Movie Workers Welfare Foundation , INc.,(MOWELFUND), purposively to the marginalized ultra-Independent filmmaker— Mr. Fred L. Rebadulla II.
