Response to your request
We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information from http://enutrition.fnri.dost.gov.ph/site/preview.php?xx=%20uploads/2015_CLINICAL_AND_HEALTH_SURVEY.pdf. We can only give you 2015 data as we are still processing the 2018 results.
