Semeniano 08:18 AM, Feb 02, 2023

Good evening Ma'am/Sir,

I am a part of the academe and I am currently taking my Masters degree in Economics at the University of San Carlos, Cebu City. I would like to request for the 2018 NNS raw/individual data on the Food Security Survey/component so I can do statistical tests for my thesis on Socioeconomic determinants of food security.

Thank you very much.

Dear Raffie Semeniano,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Feb 02, 2023 08:18:45 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for 2018 NNS Individual Data on Food Security Survey.

You can access the most recent result of the Food consumption survey using this link: http://enutrition.fnri.dost.gov.ph/site/facts-and-figures.php?year=2019. However, we do not provide for a copy of the raw file of the survey results. You may want to request instead for the Public Use Files (PUF) and ask for the specific indicators of interest. Link to the PUF can be accessed here: http://enutrition.fnri.dost.gov.ph/site/puf.php?year=2015. Application to the PUF may be done online also using that link.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary Renato U. Solidum, Jr. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).

Thank you.

Respectfully,

Divorah Aguila
