Relative to our study on SDG 3.5.2, we would like to request technical assistance from the DOST-FNRI. In particular, we are requesting the:

1. Public Use Files of the 2013 National Nutrition Survey Results; 
2. Public Use Files of the 2018-2020 Expanded National Nutrition Survey Results; and
3. Any available data or references such as reports, technical notes, and links relevant to this.

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information from our iFNRI website using this link: http://enutrition.fnri.dost.gov.ph/site/puf.php?year=2015.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary Fortunato T. De La Pena. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).

I also requested for the public use files of the 2018-2020 Expanded National Nutrition Survey results. This is not indicated in the link provided. May I ask for this? Thank you.
