Good day.
I am currently doing a research on the automated elections system investments. The service level agreement contained as Annex C of the signed between COMELEC and Smartmatic Tim Corporation Contract for the Procurement of Secure Electronic Transmission Services (SETS) for the 2022 NLE Election Results date 12 October 2021 would help me determine the scope and breadth of investment vis-a-vis provided services. 
Said Contract bears the Contract No. CA21-08-035 and SBAC Ref. No. 03-2021SETS.
