This refers to your three (3) eFOI requests received on 28 October 2022 sent to the eFOI portal of the Home Development Mutual Fund (Fund) wherein you asked for the following information:
1. Pag-IBIG housing loan availment/takeout by package mix, per region, as of September 2022 and for the period of 2017 to 2021;
2. Pag-IBIG housing loan takeout by interest rates as of September 2022 and for the period of 2017 to 2021;
3. Pag-IBIG housing loan takeout data per year, with loan value and number of units, as of September 2022 and for the period of 2017 to 2021;
4. Pag-IBIG housing loan takeout per type of housing loan as of September 2022 and for the period of 2017 to 2021;
We deemed it proper to raise this matter to the Operating Unit Concerned – the Corporate Planning Department (CorPlan).
In response to your request, please find attached file from our CorPlan containing the:
1. Housing Loan Takeout by Interest Rate (2017 to September 2022);
2. Housing Loan Takeout by Package Mix per Region (2017 to September 2022); and
