Can I change the monthly contribution I've input?
(due to typo error) then, how?

Can you tell me the step-by-step procedure?

Dear MS. JONALYN LASCUNA,

This refers to your eFOI request received on 15 May 2021 and sent to the eFOI portal of the Home Development Mutual Fund (Fund) wherein you inquired on how to change your Modified Pag-IBIG II (MP2) contribution you erroneously inputted due to typographical error.

Our Office deemed it proper to raise this matter to and confer with the operating unit concerned – the Member Services Support Unit (MSSU). Our MSSU stated that a member who erroneously inputted an allocation of payment can no longer correct it at his/her end. Said member will have to: 1) request for correction by writing the Fund’s Member Services (MS) through a formal request letter submitted to a Pag-IBIG Fund Branch or via the e-mail address indicated below; and 2) undergo validation process wherein our MS will ask for the member’s employer, MID number, birth date, copy of his/her valid ID, among others. Thereafter, the Technical and Administrative Support unit will handle the correction in coordination with the Information Systems Group.
