Good Day!

Our company, Roice's Gold Room Corporation, with Pag-Ibig Employer ID Number 207887430001, request for a copy of employer registration information or EDF.

We lost our EDF copy of registration information. May I request for the employer registration information copy so that we can made an online esrs account as well as for the continuation of our payment of contributions.

Dear MS. RACHEL DAMALERIO,

This refers to your eFOI request received on 16 September 2021 sent via the eFOI portal of the Home Development Mutual Fund (Fund) wherein you requested for a copy of Roice’s Gold Room Corporation Employer Registration Information or Employer’s Data Form (EDF) copy (Pag-IBIG Employer ID Number 207887430001). According to you, you lost the company’s EDF copy and are requesting for the same so that you can make an Electronic Submission of Remittance Schedule (ESRS) account and for the continuation of its/their payment.

Kindly be informed that Section 3 of Executive Order No. 2, series of 2016 (Executive Order) grants every Filipino citizen the right to access information, official records, public records and to documents and papers pertaining to official acts, transactions or decisions, as well as to government research data used as basis for policy development. 

In accordance with the aforementioned Executive Order, the Fund’s People’s Freedom of Information Manual (Manual) also states that “Information for Disclosure” includes: information promoting the awareness and understanding of policies, programs, activities, rules or regulations affecting the public, government agencies, and the community and economy (Section 2 of the Manual). 

In other words, the nature and subject of requests for information pursuant to Executive Order No. 2, series of 2016 refer to the right of Filipino citizens to information on matters of public concern. It excludes requests pertaining to transactions with the Fund (i.e. requests for copies of company-related documents).

Nevertheless, we endorsed this matter to the operating unit concerned – the NCR North - Technical and Administrative Services (TAS). You may contact Ms. Helen Paner, Department Manager III of the NCR North – TAS at hmpaner@pagibigfund.gov.ph and/or (02) 8422-3000 local 3340 for verification procedures (i.e., to determine the existence of an employer-employee relationship and your authority to make requests on the company’s behalf.)
