Hi Sir/Ma'am:

Good day. I would like to request Pagibig San Fernando City Housing Loan department for the ACTUAL status of my housing loan application which is filed 09 JUL, 2021.

I tried to fulfill all of the additional requirements needed and spend time filling leave in my job to accomplish their additional needed requirements but they keep on giving me notice of disapproval.

I would like to request the management to have a look at my application folder/files to review and kindly give an honest and considerate feedback regarding this.

John Cristopher G. Galicia

In other words, the nature and subject of requests for information pursuant to Executive Order No. 2, series of 2016 refer to the right of Filipino citizens to information on matters of public concern.
