For further query in your response to above subject:

1. What will the employer do in behalf of the employee to HDMF, will they submit the revocation of the upgraded savings to HDMF? If so, what other attachments aside from the letter must submit to HDMF?
2. As per my understanding, the attached Pag-IBIG Form HQP PFF250 was just a sample of the form submitted to employer and doesn't need to submit again, am I right? Since this is a downgrade/revocation and not upgrade.

Dear MS. CONIE JUAN,

This refers to your eFOI request received on 14 April 2021 sent to the eFOI portal of the Home Development Mutual Fund (Fund) wherein you made a follow-up query relative to your 29 March 2021 inquiry on revocation of your voluntary Regular Savings (P1) to the Fund. In your follow-up e-mail, you asked the following:

1.	What will the employer do on behalf of the employee, will they submit the revocation of the upgraded savings? If so, what other attachments, aside from the letter, must be submitted to HDMF?
2.	As per your understanding, the attached Pag-IBIG Form HQP PFF250 was just a sample of the form submitted to employer and does not need to be submitted again, since this is a downgrade/revocation and not an upgrade.

Our Office deemed it proper to raise this matter to and confer with the operating unit concerned – the Member Services Support Unit (MSSU). Our MSSU answered your questions as follows:

1.	For the upgrade and downgrade of Membership Savings (MS), there is no need to submit any document to the Fund.  The remittance list is sufficient. HQP PFF250 is submitted by the employer only.  Said form was made so that the member can easily request for an upgrade.
2.	For purposes of downgrading, the member will have to write to the employer his/her intent to revert to the mandatory employee savings of One Hundred Pesos (P100.00).
