Dear MR. KEVIN ABEL R. TIAMBENG,

This refers to your eFOI request received on 05 October 2021 sent to the eFOI portal of the Home Development Mutual Fund (Fund) wherein you asked for the yearly interest rates (or changes) of the Fund’s Housing Loan interest rates since inception.

In addition, you requested for data on the: (i) Housing Loan take outs per region from 2016 – present; and (ii) total number of members for the period of 2001 to 2012. These additional requests were sent via e-mail to our Mr. Napoleon V. Ala, Assistant Manager, Housing Operations Support Unit on 12 October 2021 and 13 October 2021. 

In response to your request, please find the attached Annex “A-1” containing the available information on the Fund’s Housing Loan Interest Rates under the Pag-IBIG Fund End-User Home Financing Program from Year 2014 – present, and Annex “A-2” containing the interest rates under the Pag-IBIG Fund’s Affordable Housing Program from June 2012 to present, as provided for by our Research and Development Department. 

With regard to the Housing Loan take outs per region from 2016 – present, please find the attached Annex “B” as provided for by our Housing Operations Support Unit.

Finally, as regards to the total number of active members for the period of 2001 to 2012, kindly find the attached Annex “C” as provided for by our Research and Development Department.

May we also inform your good self that for a more efficient transaction with the Fund and to avoid overlapping requests, all future eFOI requests may be coursed through the eFOI portal of the Fund.
