Anong payment gateway ang gamit ninyo sa online payments portal https://www.pagibigfundservices.com/virtualpagibig/OPF.aspx?PT=M2 at bakit ganito kataas ang fees nila?
Napansin ko lang na ang ibang payment facility ay kayang tumanggap ng walang fees gaya nito. May pagkakataon bang makapag palit kayo ng ibang facility na hindi kumokolekta ng ganitong fees? Salamat sa tutugon

Dear MR. ADRIAN CORTES,
This refers to your eFOI request received on 27 May 2021 sent to the eFOI portal of the Home Development Mutual Fund (Fund) wherein you asked what payment gateways the Fund use in its online payment portal. According to you, other payment facilities do not charge any fees. Therefore, you want to inquire if there’s a way that the Fund could offer facilities that do not charge any fees.
May we please inform you that we are currently seeking confirmation of the requested information from the operating unit concerned, and we shall give the official reply tomorrow.

According to you, other payment facilities do not charge any fees. Therefore, you want to inquire if there’s a way that the Fund could offer facilities that do not charge any fees.
May we please inform you that the list of online payment facilities (in addition to other payment facilities) are posted in the Fund’s website through this link - https://www.pagibigfund.gov.ph/payments.html.
Pag-IBIG Fund is constantly looking for various ways to bring its service closer to its members. The convenience of our stakeholders has always been a primordial consideration – one that is not limited to visiting our offices and making over the counter transactions. This includes electronic or online facilities in partnership with banks and other payment service providers. Well aware of our members’ clamor for ease of accessibility, through either proximity or convenience because they already have an existing account [with their banks or payment service providers], the Fund offers a wide array of services that covers both. Thus, according to our Treasury Department, our members are free to choose among the various payment facilities which is most convenient or favorable pursuant to their specific need. In fact, in the case of our bank partners, they are not collecting any fees from employers if the transaction is made via its online banking facilities and as long as the employer is also their client. The employer will only need to maintain the required minimum balance in its/his/her account.
