Good afternoon!

I would like to request for the list of fees regarding the usage of laboratory equipment such as centrifuge and test tube vials. We are currently looking for a centrifuge that can rotate at 15,000 x g since my university, the University of San Carlos, does not the centrifuge to accommodate our needs.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. Unfortunately, we don't offer rentals of equipment. We only do testing and analysis for requested testing. You may coordinate with our Standard and Testing Division through Ms. Ma. Rachel V. Parcon at mrvparcon@itdi.dost.gov.ph or std@itdi.dost.gov.ph for your testing needs.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the Department Central Appeals and Review Committee, Department of Science and Technology, General Santos Avenue, Bicutan, Taguig City. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
