1. The location of the allocated 5-hectare parcel of land in New Clark City/Lot Plan
2. TCT 
3. Site feasibility data
4. Standards and Requirements for the proposed facility regarding design and spaces of the Virology and Vaccine Institute
5. DOST agreed design and space requirements with BCDA for the proposed Virology and Vaccine Institute in NCC.
