Hi, I am Creselle Mayrose R. Baring, 5th year architecture student of Rizal Technological University. I am currently working on my thesis entitled: KALAKAL: KAlinisan LAan sa KALikasan "A Bridge to Zero Waste Future"- An Eco-Industrial Recycling Frontier and Biodegradable Product Manufacturing District in Rodriguez Rizal

In line with these, may I request for the following pertinent documents that may help in my thesis. 

Guidelines in Industrial facilities, 
Minimum standards for recycling facilities
Process of recycling plants

Your FOI request is approved. Unfortunately, we are not the proper authority to address your inquiry. We would like to refer you to DENR-EMB (Department of Environment and Natural Resources- Environmental Management Bureau).
