Good day!

I am Kelly Ann S. Rueda, a graduating Architecture student of the University of Santo Tomas. In fulfillment of the requirement for the degree of BS Architecture, I am now doing research for my thesis proposal: Juvenile Detention Center.

In line with this, I would like to seek the favor of your good office by conducting an interview to anyone of your personnels, provided his/her name and his/her position. In addition, I also would like to ask for the Updated Juvenile Delinquency Statistics as per region in the PH.
