Good day! I am an architecture student, and I'm currently doing a thesis about Juvenile Rehabilitation and Detention Center / CICL in Tondo, Manila. May I request the following information?:

1. Crime rate of CICL in Tondo, Manila
2. Usual crimes of CICL in Tondo, Manila
3. Number of functioning and not functioning Juvenile Centers around Metro, Manila
4. Juvenile Centers programs and guidelines
