Your request

You asked for Data/records of rate of recidivism of Children in Conflict with the Law from 2018-2022.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. At present, we have no existing data or information on the reoffending or recidivism rates of CICL in the country. JJWC is planning to conduct a baseline study for this.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to ATTY. TRICIA CLARE A. OCO, JJWC Executive Director at secretariat@jjwc.gov.ph.
