Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Nov 17, 2021 12:29:05 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Compensation of Martial Law victims.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. To date, an amount of P 10,533,000.000.00 had been set aside for Human Rights Victims in compliance with R.A No.10368. May I suggest that your detailed inquiry on the matter be directed to Human Rights Victims' Claims Board(HRVCB).

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Chairperson John A. Agbayani at john.agbayani@pcgg.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
