1) All Civil cases filed in the Philippines involving Ferdinand Marcos and his family and the assets they acquired beyond what was legally declared in their statement of assets and liabilities. 

2) A list of international cases involving Ferdinand Marcos and his family and the assets they acquired beyond what was legally declared in their statement of assets and liabilities. 

3) A list of ill-gotten wealth retrieved as Marcos family assets

You asked for Recorded cases of Ill-gotten wealth and pending Civil and Criminal Cases.

Response to your request

Your request is denied under PCGG FOI People's Manual  Section 4. Standard Procedure (the request shall state the name and contact information of the requesting party, as well as provide valid proof of identification or authorization). 

We apologize if we did not inform you earlier and replied that we will give you data however you need to comply with the above provision. Please resubmit your request with the complete information.
