I have listed below the questions regarding our request.
1. Since when has your agency become an ISO Certified?
2. How does it benefit your employees?
3. How does it change the work quality of your employees and your organization as a whole?
4. What are the advantages & disadvantages of being an ISO Certified agency?
5. How do you maintain the quality standard under ISO?
We know that your agency is a bit busy with a tight schedule so sending us back your answer will be enough.
And if you will allow us further, we would like to have a copy of your ISO Cert.

Due to technical issue, this request was lost and was not processed accordingly.

However after confirmation with the requestor, the requested information was sent to him via email by a PCGG Personnel during that time. He agreed that we can now CLOSE the request.
