You asked for Total Assets Successfully Sequestered from Marcoses from August 30, 1986 to January 30, 2022.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. Per our Sequestered Assets Division, the total amount of assets sequestered  under litigation in  Civil Case No.0002 which is entitled "RP vs Ferdinand E. Marcos, is estimated to be PHP 2.743 Billion.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to  Chairperson John A. Agbayani at john.agbayani@pcgg.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
