Clarifications on RA No. 8291 Section 21.3C vs IRR RA No. 8291of Aquino Admin

Requested from PCOO by Leofoldo Vargas at 08:33 AM on Nov 28, 2016.
Purpose: Clarification of Claims on RA No.8291 Section 21 Paragraph 3C
Date of Coverage: 09/16/2013 - 11/28/2016
Tracking no: #PCOO-211108860061

Leofoldo 08:33 AM, Nov 28, 2016

I would like to get your attention for this conflict in GSIS Republic Act No. 8291 Section 21. Death of a Member Paragraph 3C vs Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 8291 Section 24.2.1C by the previous Administration (Pnoy).

Since my mother died on service for 32 years. We only got 15 years of claim base on the IRR of Aquino Administration. But if we disregard the IRR of the previous Administration we should get full 32 years.

I hope to get clarifications even though GSIS is not yet listed here in FOI.

See attachement for full details.
