Honorable Martin Andanar
Secretary
Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO)

Dear Mr Secretary,
This is regarding your recent report at the Duterte Legacy Photo Exhibit wherein you presented an infographic of the latest achievements of the Duterte Administration.
In that infographics, it was mentioned that there were 2,709 bridges project. May I know how many of these are actual bridge construction and how many are merely repairs/rehabilitations?
I've reviewed the DPWH Twitter and Facebook page and I've only counted 146 bridges constructed/repaired. This is very far from the 2,709
