I would like to have a copy of the User Guide or Manual of eFOI Officers (Receiving Officers and Deciding Officers).
This is for my Master's thesis on understanding the user design considerations for FOI portals.
Thank you very much!

Dear Paul Jason Perez,
Thank you for your request dated Apr 02, 2019 01:31:37 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
You asked for User Guide or Manual for eFOI Officers.
Response to Request
Please be informed that your FOI Request is PARTIALLY SUCCESSFUL.
The user guide for eFOI Officers includes step by step procedure in accessing and processing FOI requests lodged by the requesting parties in the eFOI portal. Thus, access to the user guide is limited only to designated FOI Officers of government agencies for security purposes. However, the FOI Officers and the public may refer to the FOI Manuals posted in the transparency seal under agency’s website for the guidelines in processing an FOI request.
However, should you wish to understand the workflow of processing FOI requests, you may visit our office and our FOI Project Management Officers can conduct an orientation on the features of the eFOI portal.
For coordination, you may contact Ms. Danica Orcullo at telephone number (02) 588-0691 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
