John Vincent 09:37 AM, Sep 13, 2017

Hello, I just wanted to ask if it is mandatory to write every request in English. I mean, this site is for Filipinos, right?

Also, why is every request needs a time period, what if my request has nothing to do with it, should I just put any date in it?
