In Hi i would like to make a request in my course we complete our job on laptops. like projects, designing, and homework. A laptop is a portable personal computer that can be utilized in a number of settings. Many laptops are made to do all of a desktop computer's functions, thus they can typically run the same programs and access the same kinds of files. Significant laptops, like netbooks, do, however, make some functional trade-offs in order to be even more portable.

Please find the attached herein document on the coverage of financial assistance under the PCSO Medical Assistance Program with respective requirements through the NCR Online Application.  

Application for assistance shall depend upon the location of the health facility where the patient is being managed/treated. 

For facilities within Metro Manila, assistance is processed through online application at the PCSO Official Website. Please go to <www.pcso.gov.ph>, find the E-Services tab and click on the NCR Online Application for Medical Assistance.  

For the Medical Assistance Program requirements, kindly go to this link https://www.pcso.gov.ph/ProgramsAndServices/CAD/MedicalAccessProgram.aspx. 

For those in the provinces, either proceed directly to the servicing PCSO Branch Office or coordinate first with the Medical Social Services  or Billing Department  of the facility or Malasakit Center within the facility, if applicable, to inquire on the specific process, as procedures vary between Branch Offices.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to  Office of the General Manager.  Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
