I refer to my letter of Nov 29, 2022 05:08:38 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Cancer Patient.

Pursuant to Section 4 (1.1) of the PCSO People’s Freedom of Information Manual, kindly provide us a valid proof of identification.

Further, please be informed that the coverage of financial assistance under the PCSO Medical Assistance Program is for hospital confinement, chemotherapy and dialysis requests.
