Zamudio 04:05 PM, Sep 28, 2022

Good afternoon.

I would like to inquire on the status of mortgage annotated under the Original Certificate of Title No. RP-4383(30033) with Entry No. 25675 - Mortgage (NRDB).

The above-mentioned mortgage was entered with NAGA REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT BANK however the said financial institution stop its operation since year 1990.

This inquiry is for the purpose of clearing the records of the said title. As to the knowledge of the heirs of the late Mr. Fullante, the encumbrances under the said title were already settled prior to the closing of the above-mentioned financial institution (NRDB).
