I would like to request for a copy of the list of the locators in Mactan Export Processing Zone and if possible, the email to contact the HR department of each. This is for data collection of my academic research.
If also available, I'd also like to ask for the number of employees of each locator from 2012- 2022.

Good day Sir Brett,
Would it be possible to categorize the number of employees according to their current address, at least for the year 2022 from 3 or 4 companies? If not, the total number of employees for all the locators is also fine.
Example:
*** Corp - Total 720 employees
Cebu - 10%
Consolacion - 5%
Cordova - 12%

Response to Request
Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of the list of PEZA Registered Companies who are located in Mactan Economic Zone as of October 2022. These are the locators who registered with PEZA in the period of 2012-2022.
For your request of number of employees per company, please be informed that we are not authorized to disclose such information to the general public due to Republic Act 10173 also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012. However, we can provide you the total no. of employees inside Mactan Economic Zone, which is 46,222 as of October 2022.
