Hello,

I would like to ask if PEZA has existing policy on Work from Home for BPOs even before the pandemic.  If there is already allowed percentage, will those be required to be back to office because of the lifting of the memorandum giving up to 90% of revenue to be working from home.

Is this request offensive?
