I am humbly requesting your good office if you can allow me some information that I will be needing in my school activity. I would like to seek your assistance and approval if I can request for the copy of your institutional brochure in particular information of its organizational structure, mandate and functions. The information will be used on one of my subjects (R&DM_211-Support System for R&D) in my post-baccalaureate program which is Diploma in Research and Development Management at University of the Philippines Open University.
