Dear Ma'am/Sir,

I would like to request information on the key employment indicators (employment and underemployment rate based on age, sex, region, etc.) measuring workforce data in the digital labor and e-commerce sectors.

The information will be used in aid of a research project that aims to assess employment and recruitment trends in the Philippine digital labor market and identify recommendations to contribute to skills development, increased employment, and sustained e-commerce industry growth.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, this Office does not produce the data you have requested. PIDS makes use of administrative data from other agencies for its research studies. However, you may want to get in touch directly with other government agencies, such as the Philippine Statistics Authority ( or the Department of Information and Communication Technology (, to request the data that you need.
