You asked for Proclamation 459.

Response to Request

Relative to your request, you can directly access / get a certified copy of Proclamation No. 459 on the Official Gazette of the Republic of the Philippines through this link: (https://www.officialgazette.gov.ph/2018/03/27/proclamation-no-459-s-2018/).

Also, may we seek for your indulgence and understanding for our inability to reply to your query immediately and within the prescribed period. Please be informed that the PLLO designated receivers were not able to access the e-FOI portal due to technical and administrative problems in the past year of implementation of the said portal. It was only this month, through the assistance of the PCOO that the PLLO was able to address these difficulties and hence access the portal


If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the Presidential Legislative Liaison Office addressed to Secretary Adelino B. Sitoy, LLB, LLM. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
