Thank you for your request dated Aug 23, 2019 02:01:39 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
Your Request
You asked for List of Republic Acts that Lapsed into Laws (not signed nor vetoed by the President) 1992 to 2019.
Relative to your request, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide the complete list because we are not the official source of information on this matter. However, you may process your request directly to the office / unit concerned (Archives and / or Bills and Index) of the Senate of the Philippines and the House of Representatives.
Also, may we seek for your indulgence and understanding for our inability to reply to your query immediately and within the prescribed period. Please be informed that the PLLO designated receivers were not able to access the e-FOI portal due to technical and administrative problems in the past year of implementation of the said portal. It was only this month, through the assistance of the PCOO that the PLLO was able to address these difficulties and hence access the portal.
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the Presidential Legislative Liaison Office addressed to Secretary Adelino B. Sitoy, LLB, LLM. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
