You asked for Definition of Implementing rules and regulations.

Response to Request

Relative to your request, please be informed that the Implementing Rules and Regulations are promulgated to implement the governmental policies and objectives under the act in subject. This aims to promote the transfer and dissemination for effective use and management of the approved laws. 

Your right to request a review
