Your FOI request is approved. Sending you the link for the HIV and AIDS Registry of the Philippines (HARP) https://www.doh.gov.ph/statistics , for specific data you can email nhsss@doh.gov.ph, the Epidemiology Bureau of the Department of Health which collects data.
