Good day! I would like to make a formal request on the number of reported HIV / AIDS Cases in CALABARZON. If possible, I would like the file to include the following:

1.  The number of reported HIV / AIDS Cases in CALABARZON;

2. The available testing centers and community wellness hubs in the region;

2. The number of individuals currently taking HIV / AIDS medications per province.
