I would like to request for a copy of the bilateral labor agreements and MOUs for the sending of Filipino caregivers and nurses to all countries involved, if possible. The links in the POEA website (http://www.poea.gov.ph/laborinfo/bLB.html) lead to server error and the files could not be viewed.
