Hi, I would like to request all letters, administrative memos, actions, questions, or other official communications between Thomas Chan and/or the Hong Kong Union of Employment Agencies and POEA Atty. Bernard P. Olalia.

I am looking for copies of official complaints or concerns regarding the Hong Kong Employment Agency Market or the Hong Kong POLO Office/Staff.
