Greetings! I would like to ask for a copy of the Position and Competency Profiles of all positions in your system. These may include the position, job description, qualification standards, salary grade, positions reporting to and supervised, duties and responsibilities, and required competencies. By ALL positions, I mean starting from the lowest rank in any office under and/or attached to the system up to the highest, whether contractual or permanent in nature. Such information will be used as guide for my career exploration as I approach college life. TY

Dear JOHN BORCELIS,
Thank you for your email. Attached is the breakdown of total personnel working at the PSHS System, 1,458 in all including their Salary Grades -- as you requested.

With regard to the general functions and qualification for each position, you may want to refer to the DBM Index of Occupation Manual. However, I doubt whether or not you'd be able to understand this document without assistance from someone familiar with the Civil Service. The PSHS System complies with the requirements of this document in setting competency and qualification standards for each position in its organizational structure.
