1. Province where passers came from
2. Types of schools attended in elementary (Private/Public)
3. Average exam scores per province
4. Average exam score as a whole

Thank you for your request dated Dec 05, 2022 01:34:30 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Demographics of NCE 2013 Passers for PSHS-CLC.

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of  some of the information requested. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you a copy of the "Average NCE Scores Per Province" and "Average Score of NCE Takers" because, the PSHS System do not process them as such -- as they have little value to our decision making. Instead, the PSHS use "cut-off" scores per region, using summary results of the entire region.  

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the Office of the Executive Director. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
