 I would like to request information, pictures (if any) of my grandfather named Felimon Castillo. My grandmother’s name is Pilar Castillo, who had received his pension before.

This is in connection with your e-FOI request regarding the details of Felimon Castillo

Your requests have been filed and it appears that Felimon Castillo is indeed registered as our pensioner. However, we need confirmation on the full name of your grandfather, as it appears to have two records pertaining to Felimon Castillo. Kindly provide your area of residence and the middle initial of your grandfather. 
To request the availability of  his records you must first provide the following details: 

Request Form (which can be secured of the VRMD Front-line Service)
Photocopy of 2 valid IDs
and a letter addressed to MS. OLIVIA C. ALEJANDRINO, Acting Chief, VRMD (Veterans Records Management Division), stating your relationship with Felimon Castillo and the reason for your request to acquire his records.
 
Once this is answered, Philippine Veterans Affairs Office, will undergo thorough research and will coordinate with you soon once it is finished.

May we remind you that the records we have are dependent upon the submitted information given to our agency when they have applied for PVAO Pension.
