Good day. I am writing to inquire on how to apply for educational benefits from PVAO. My father was a deserving guerilla veteran of WWII. My son will be the beneficiary of the educational benefit. I already have a waiver of rights from my siblings. Please advise on what other requirements are needed. Also, we don't have some of the information needed on the form like military services data. All we have is his old age pension application and a lithograph of a letter from PVAO for Civil Service Commission certifying his deserving guerilla veteran status.

Proof of Service: Military Service Record/s: We recommend you send your requests to the Non-Current Records Division, Office of the Adjutant General (NRD-OTAG), inside Camp Aguinaldo or you may visit their website at https://www.otag-online.com/ and/or you may directly contact them with the following details:

Proof of Filiation: Birth Certificate of the Waivee / Student Ward; Marriage Certificate of the Waivee’s Parent
Waiver: Executed by the veteran’s children in favor of the waivee in case the veteran and the spouse are both deceased
Proof of Identity: Claimant’s Valid IDs; Waivee’s / Student Ward’s IDs and school credentials
