Hello PVAO,

Good day. Would like to request pdf copies of PVAO Citizen's Charter 1st edition up to the 3th edition.  I have already pdf copy of recent 4th edition. Would use this for research purposes and to understand how PVAO Citizen's Charter evolves through the years.

Hello, I haven't received the requested document.  Got email from PVAO February 26, 2020 for an acknowledgement.  Since then no update so I sent follow-up last September 11, 2020 and still no reply.  Kindly advise. Thank you.
