I am writing on behalf of my great grandfather Atty. Ceferino Maningat Inciong.
I would like to receive all the records, documents, pictures and information about him during his service as a guerrilla during WWII in our hometown of Balayan, Batangas.
I would like to ask as well if Ceferino Maningat Inciong and Ceferino Maningat is the same person.

You asked for Ceferino Maningat Inciong Records, Documents, and Pictures.
Response to Request
Your FOI request is approved.
Your requests have been filed and it appears that Veteran Ceferubi Maningat Inciong is indeed registered as our pensioner. Following your requests you must first provide the following details:
Request Form (which can be secured of the VRMD Front-line Service)
Photocopy of 2 valid IDs
and a letter addressed to the Veterans Record Management Division (VRMD) Chief, Ms. Melinda I. Luna, Chief Administrative Officer.
Once this is answered, Philippine Veterans Affairs Office, will undergo thorough research and will coordinate with you soon once it finished.
We also recently tracked, that you have submitted an application to PVAO Veterans Memorial and Historical Division, following the US Congressional Gold Medal awarding. Following this, thorough records such as pictures and documents of Veteran Inciong as guerilla during WWII should then be coordinated to the Non - Current Records Division of the Adjutant General https://www.otag-online.com/ you may also coordinate with them the name of Ceferino Maningat, since there is no PVAO record of him found in our database.
