2. Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) of SBFZ
3. Zoning Ordinance of SBFZ

You asked for Subic Bay Freeport Land Data Collection.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. CLUP and Zoning Ordinance could be seen in our SBFZ Master Plan but unfortunately, we are not sending soft copies of the said document. We can only provide photocopies of the said document with a minimal fee of Php9.00 per page.  The information you asked for is ready for pick up at Rm 107 Bldg. 229 Waterfront Road Subic Bay Freeport Zone, OSD Auxiliary Services Division.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to our SBMA Chairman and Administrator Mr. Jonathan D. Tan at jdtan@sbma.com. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
